  • Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to product availability and our confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bKash, and Cash on Delivery (CoD).
  • Verification: For prepaid orders, customers must provide a valid Transaction ID. Orders will not be processed until payment is verified.
  1. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

  • Dhaka: 1–2 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days.
  • Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on order value and geographic location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Force Majeure: Clear Canvas BD is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, national strikes (hartals), or courier service disruptions.
  1. 🔄 Returns & Refunds
  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Inspection: All returned items undergo a quality check. Clear Canvas BD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. For mobile banking refunds, service charges may apply.
